The shooting guard exits Michigan State with a total of 94 points, averaging 2.0 points per game in his career.
Brooks started four games this season, coming off the bench all freshman year and most of his sophomore year. He was a key piece of MSU's trip out to Portland for the Phil Knight Invitational. Brooks earned career-highs in points, minutes player, assists and rebounds during that stretch. He scored 15 points in back-to-back games during the tournament, helping propel the Spartans past both Oregon and Portland.
However, after that stretch, Brooks never really found a way to get back to that level of play. He finished the season riding the bench, acting as a fill-in when injuries and fouls necessitated it. Brooks played an average of 13 minutes per game in his appearances this season.
