The attendance of fans at the football spring game is a "possibility" and a plan to accommodate for this is in the works, according to a statement released by MSU Athletics on Tuesday.

“In preparation for the possibility of accommodating fans at the spring football game on April 24, MSU athletics is working on a plan that complies with the protocols established by the MDHHS," the full statement reads.

The spring football game will take place on April 24 at 2 p.m. The game will be televised on Big Ten Network.

Other MSU sports currently hosting games like baseball and softball have limited attendance to family only.
