MSU hockey senior defenseman Tommy Miller has entered the transfer portal, a spokesperson for the team has confirmed.

Due to the NCAA's extra year of eligibility from COVID, Miller has one year remaining of eligibility wherever he ends up.

The 6-foot-1, West Bloomfield native is one of the best shot blockers in the nation. As a senior and captain for the team's 2020-21 campaign, Miller blocked a staggering team-high 71 shots. He also added on one goal and three assists.

Miller has played for the Spartans for four seasons, beginning in 2017.
