The State News Alumni Association is back, and it's coming to your "in" box.

As part of a revival of SNAA, the alumni group in February of 2020 relaunched a newsletter in digital form. The premier edition included a story about a Washington, D.C. alumni-student meet-up; welcomes from the general manager and editor-in-chief; a tribute to a trio of notable alums who passed away in 2019; a link to a survey on the future direction of SNAA; an alumni notebook; and more.

More than 200 S'News alums and friends of the newspaper were subscribed to the inaugural edition. The newsletter is free and available to all alumni and friends of The State News. Frequency of the newsletter is to be determined.

Between newsletter editions, periodic updates will be posted on a new alumni news page at statenews.com/section/snaa, and via social media on SNAA’s official Facebook and Twitter pages.

To get on the subscriber email list, please send your name, email address, year of graduation and your current profession to alumni@statenews.com.

Support student media! Please consider donating to The State News and help fund the future of journalism.
