East Lansing High School is closed Tuesday, Oct. 1 due to a threat received, according to a tweet by East Lansing Public School Superintendent Dori Leyko.
As of 1 p.m., no one has been connected to the threat and the incident remains under investigation, according to the Lansing State Journal.
The threat was specific to the high school and all other buildings will be in session today.
The school has been shut down in the past. On Sept. 13, East Lansing High School was placed on an external lockdown when a threatening was written on a wall.
