DES MOINES, Iowa — Cassius Winston scored a game-high 26 points as second-seeded Michigan State hung on late to survive No. 15 Bradley, 76-65, at the Wells Fargo Center in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday.

Winston, along with Xavier Tillman, Kenny Goins and Aaron Henry all explained their mindset throughout the win. The Spartans will return to action Saturday to play No. 10 Minnesota.
