Pull up this restaurant’s website and you’ll find a variety of meat-centered entrees and dishes that include everything from chicken wings to ribs to brisket. Meat BBQ says it slow-smokes its meats for up to 18 hours, and all of its sides and sauces are made in-house. Due to the tedious smoking process, Meat BBQ says it sometimes runs out of certain meats before closing, so they urge their customers to arrive early for a full carnivorous experience.
