Spartans drop one spot after win over Purdue

Michigan State (16-5, 6-4 Big Ten) drop one spot, to No. 23, in this week’s AP poll. The Spartans come off a 74-66 win over the Boilermakers on Feb. 3. 

Other Big Ten teams in the polls include No. 10 Maryland (19-2, 8-2 Big Ten), No. 16 Iowa (17-5, 8-3 Big Ten) and No. 20 Rutgers (17-5, 9-2 Big Ten).

The Spartans will travel to Iowa City to face the Hawkeyes on Feb. 7 at 9 p.m. BTN will be broadcasting this game.
