Michigan State men's basketball drops to No. 10 in AP poll

Though Michigan State men's basketball kicked off conference play with a win at Rutgers this past Friday night, the Spartans fell one spot in this week's AP Top 25 poll to No. 10, after falling to Louisville last week.

The Big Ten again has the most representation in the rankings, with seven teams. Along with Michigan State is No. 5 Michigan, No. 12 Wisconsin, No. 18 Iowa, No. 19 Ohio State, No. 23 Maryland and No. 24 Nebraska. Purdue fell from the rankings after coming in at No. 19 last week, though they did receive 100 votes while Indiana received 13 votes.

The Spartans host the eighteenth-ranked Hawkeyes Monday night at the Breslin Center.
