The MSU Police Department reported an incident of first-degree criminal sexual conduct at Wonders Hall on Nov. 30 at approximately 4 p.m. The incident was reported on Dec. 1.
The department also reported an incident of 4th degree forcible sexual contact at Akers Hall on Oct. 30 at approximately 8 p.m. The incident was reported on Nov. 20.
MSUPD Capt. Doug Monette said "appropriate police resources" are being directed to both cases, which are still under investigation.
