DeJuan Jones named Offensive Player of the Week

Junior forward DeJuan Jones was officially named Big Ten’s Offensive Player of the Week for the MSU men's soccer team. 

Jones tallied four points last week and helped the team in their recent victory against Rutgers to gain their first win in the Big Ten Conference. In the game, he recorded the two goals in the game just on two shots.

In his career, this is will be second time receiving this award and the first of the season. The last time he achieved this was back in Oct. 2016. He was also the last MSU offensive player be noticed. 

The team will be back on the home turf on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at DeMartin Stadium to take on Bowling Green.
