Dustin Daniel Clark, a 23-year-old from Holt, was arraigned on one count each of receiving and concealing a firearm, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a dangerous weapon and felony firearm.

Clark is not an MSU student.

Bond was set at $25,000, and Clark posted it on Aug. 28.

Clark will appear in 55th District Court on Sept. 7 in front of Judge Thomas Boyd.

Two homemade explosive devices were found in a home in Delhi Township Tuesday, according to a press release from Ingham County.

The Ingham County Sheriff's Office responded around 10:30 a.m. to Delhi Manor, 4075 Holt Road, after a resident found two objects she believed to be improvised explosive devices, or IEDs. Police evacuated multiple homes in the area.

The Michigan State Police Bomb Squad and found two devices, one of which was determined to be detonatable and had unspecified shrapnel in it.

Residents were able to return to their homes after the MSP Bomb Squad deemed the area safe.

The Sheriff's Office is working with federal officials for the investigation and no arrests have been made.
