Former football player Auston Robertson now in police custody

Former MSU football player Auston Robertson was apprehended Sunday and is in custody of Meridian Township police two days after being charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to a Facebook post from the department.

Robertson was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct on April 21 and a warrant was sought for his arrest. 

Robertson allegedly raped an acquaintance on April 9.
