Homecoming season would be nothing without the annual parade.
Whether you're excited to get a good seat to watch the floats or looking to avoid the traffic, check out this map for the parade route and surrounding road closures.
Road closures to expect during Homecoming parade
The following East Lansing streets and their intersections will be closed Friday, Oct. 2
- Abbot between Whitehills/Oxford and Burcham from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Burcham between Old Hickory and Abbot from 3:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m
- Grand River between Abbot and Collingwood Entrance from 5:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
- Centerlawn from Forest to Abbot from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Evergreen from Centerlawn to Northlawn from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Forest from Centerlawn to Northlawn from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Fern from Evergreen to Abbot from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Northlawn from Forest to Abbot from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
