This year's Midnight Madness will be held on Oct. 23 at 8 p.m. at the Breslin Center, MSU athletics has announced.

The men’s basketball team will be celebrating their appearance in the Final Four in last season's NCAA Tournament with a banner raising ceremony and Final Four promotional giveaways.

Midnight Madness will kick off with with the basketball team signing autographs near the concourse at the Breslin, followed by an introduction of the men’s and women’s teams and appearances by the MSU band, drum line, cheerleading and dance teams, Sparty, and of course, the always mesmerizing entrance by head coach Tom Izzo.

Izzo and the Spartans open up the season against Florida Atlantic on Nov. 13 at 7 p.m.
