The deadline for submissions to the city for developments plans for a former City Center II property ended at 2 p.m. Friday.
The property, 303 Abbot Road, was formerly owned by Fifth Third Bank and now is jointly owned by City Center Two Project LLC and the city.
Besides 303 Abbot Road, the redevelopment site covers 2.82 acres of land from Abbot Road to Valley Court.
The city put out a request for submissions six weeks ago allowing developers until today to submit plans for the area.
A review team consisting of the city, Downtown Development Authority, Lansing Economic Area Partnership and other consultants will go through each site plan before selecting which one to move forward with.
The proposals will be available online for residents to review and give their feedback at upcoming public meetings on the selection process.
Formerly to be part of City Center II, the project was turned down last summer by the East Lansing City Council and deemed financially infeasible to move forward.
