A 26-year-old male student reported $1,900 worth of vandalism to his car between 2:30 p.m. Oct. 10 and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 11, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The car is a silver two-door Mercury Cougar and was parked in Lot 89 near Mount Hope Road and Farm Lane, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The front passenger window was smashed out, and the student’s custom Pioneer CD-DVD player was stolen.
The radio was valued at $400, and the damage to the door frame and window totaled $1,500.
There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
