A non-traffic car accident between two students occurred at 9 a.m. Sept. 8 in Lot 21 near McDonel Hall, MSU police Sgt. Dan Munford said.
The first car, driven by a 21-year-old student, was a university-owned 2004 Chevrolet Venture. The second vehicle was a 2009 Honda CR-V driven by another 21-year-old student, Munford said.
Both cars backed into each other, causing a dent in the hatchback of the Honda — which will cost an estimated $500 to repair — and a number of scratches on the rear bumper of the Chevrolet.
The investigation is closed.
