Bike reported stolen from Wilson Hall

An 18-year-old male student reported his bike was stolen between 4 p.m. Aug. 29 and 10:30 a.m. Aug. 30, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The bike is a dark blue, 14-speed Nishiki brand bicycle, unknown model, valued at $200, McGlothian-Taylor said.

The student locked the bike to one of the racks outside East Wilson Hall using a cable lock. The lock also was reported stolen and is valued at $10.

The bike is not registered with the MSU Police Department.

There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
