Two men allegedly commandeered a front-end loader, drove in circles at the top of Ramp 6 near Grand River Avenue and caused more than $40,000 in damage on Aug. 13, MSU Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
An officer patrolling the ramp found the men driving in tight circles and arrested them, McGlothian-Taylor said.
As they drove, the vehicle scraped the ramp’s surface.
Workers had been applying a sealant to the surface.
Both men had consumed alcohol.
The first suspect is a 22-year-old white male.
He is described as about 5-feet-11-inches tall with medium, light-brown hair and green eyes.
The second suspect is a 26-year-old white male.
He is described as 5-feet-8-inches tall. He has brown, medium-length hair and hazel eyes.
