Heat wave warrants icy treat
Michigan State University Director of Libraries Cliff Haka and his grandson Leo Hadas, 3, of New York City escape Monday’s heavy heat with an ice cream treat from the air-conditioned MSU Dairy Store at 107 MSU Union Building. Because of the heat and humidity, many East Lansing residents avoid restaurant patios and limit their outdoor commute.
