MSU student reports bike stolen

A 20-year-old male student reported his bike stolen from the southwest side of Demonstration Hall between May 16 at noon and May 19 at noon, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The Trek 4500 bike allegedly was stolen from a bike rack outside the hall where it was locked with a cable lock, which also was stolen, McGlothian-Taylor said.

The bike was blue with 18 speeds and was valued at $200. The lock was valued at $10.

The bike was registered with MSU.

There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
