A 23-year-old former student reported his cell phone allegedly was stolen between 1:30-3:30 p.m.
April 19 at the Duffy Daugherty Football Building, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The student said he left his cell phone in the weight room before leaving to do a cardio workout, McGlothian-Taylor said.
When he returned to check his messages, the phone was gone. The missing phone is a black, Apple iPhone 4 valued at $650.
There are no suspects, and the event is under investigation.
