Woman reports car hit while parked

March 29, 2011

A 46-year-old female reported a woman, driving a 2000 Honda Civic, hit her car at 12:30 p.m. March 25 while it was parked in Lot 100, located east of the Clinical Center, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The driver of the Honda Civic was a 25-year-old woman from Lansing, and she said she does not recall the other vehicle ­­­being there nor does she recall hitting anything, McGlothian-Taylor said.

The damage to the victim’s car included a crack to the rear bumper with repair costs valued at $500.
The second car incurred minor damage to its front bumper with repair costs also valued at $500.
