An 18-year-old student reported her bike was stolen between 7:45 a.m. Jan. 25 and 7:45 a.m. Jan. 27, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The bike last was seen locked to the east side of Bessey Hall by a cable bike lock, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The bike lock also was allegedly stolen and was valued at $20. The bike was described as a Murray, three-speed, women’s bike with tan handle bars and seat. It is valued at $80.
There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
