A 51-year-old female university employee reported an alleged malicious destruction of public property against McDonel Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The employee said a door from a men’s restroom stall was damaged in the basement of East McDonel Hall, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The employee said it appeared someone had pulled on the door, causing it to break off its hinges.
The door was gray, and the cost of the damage is estimated at $200.
There are no suspects at this time, and the incident is under investigation.
