A 25-year-old Madison Heights, Mich., man was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend in Campbell Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The incident took place between 3:45-4:15 a.m. on Jan. 15, McGlothian-Taylor said.

Female MSU student reports assault
The man’s girlfriend, a 23-year-old student, called the police after the two allegedly got into a verbal argument and he allegedly grabbed her by the wrist.
The victim suffered no injuries in the alleged altercation.
The man was taken to the Ingham County Jail where he was retained.
The case is up for review by Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings III.
