Numerous items allegedly were stolen from a dorm room sometime between last Thursday morning and Saturday evening, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The two female students who live in the room in Snyder Hall locked the door before they left, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The students returned to find a window had been shattered and slightly opened, however the glass still was intact. About $1,900 worth of items allegedly were stolen including two laptops, a jewelry box and perfume.
There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.
