Structural damage to corner of Ramp 4

A 25-year-old female MSU employee reported structural damage to the southwest corner of Ramp 4’s top level at Kellogg Center last Monday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The woman noticed a pillar knocked off its base and lying on its side atop the parking ramp, McGlothian-Taylor said. The concrete foundation around the base was heavily cracked after the pillar’s collapse.

The cost to repair the concrete foundation is estimated at $250. There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.
