Items missing from visitor’s backpack
A 16-year-old male from Kitty Hawk, N.C., reported several items missing from his backpack Saturday night on the second floor of the Union, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

While attending a party for an Odyssey of the Mind event, the person placed his bag under a table located across the hallway from one of the Union’s parlors. After the party, the person lost his bag, later finding it and noticing items missing from inside, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The items stolen include a charcoal colored 160GB iPod Classic valued at $249 and $30 in cash.
There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.
