Study items stolen from dorm lounge
A 22-year-old male MSU student reported his belongings stolen after taking a break Monday in a lounge on the second floor of Owen Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
A 22-year-old male MSU student reported his belongings stolen after taking a break Monday in a lounge on the second floor of Owen Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The man left his belongings on a table, locked the door and returned to find most of them stolen. McGlothian-Taylor said multiple people have access to the study lounge with their room keys.
The items include a North Face backpack, TI-83 calculator, a Western Digital external hard drive, a physics textbook and a universal laptop charger. A laptop was left at the table but was not stolen. The combined value of the items is about $535.
There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.
