Student reports laptop, backpack stolen
An 18-year-old female MSU student reported her laptop and backpack stolen from the Clara Bell Smith Center on April 13 after she left it unattended on a table, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
An 18-year-old female MSU student reported her laptop and backpack stolen from the Clara Bell Smith Center on April 13 after she left it unattended on a table, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The student left her laptop and bag on a table in a lab while she went to the other room. The laptop was valued at $2,000, and inside the bag was a cell phone valued at $250, an iPod valued at $250, a wristlet purse valued at $50, $25 in cash, various IDs and keys, McGlothian-Taylor said.
There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.
