Male student struck by vehicle in Lot 9
A 19-year-old male student was injured Thursday after he was struck by a vehicle in Lot 9, near Giltner Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
Police brief 04/14/10
The student was struck by the vehicle while riding his bike. Witnesses said they saw the student ride in front of them and then heard a loud crash.
The student was transported to a hospital by the East Lansing Fire Department with lacerations to his face.
McGlothian-Taylor said it was unclear to which hospital the student was taken and whether he had been released. It isn’t known who struck the bicyclist.
There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.
