MSU student reports criminal sexual conduct
A 19-year-old female MSU student reported a criminal sexual conduct by an 18-year-old male MSU student on Saturday.
Police brief 1/20/10
The student reported a fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in Bailey Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. The victim and the suspect were acquainted, she said. The police could not elaborate on the particular incident because it still is being investigated. McGlothian-Taylor said a fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct is classified as sexual contact with no penetration.
