Police submit reports on Rather fight
The MSU Police Department submitted additional reports Monday to the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office regarding the Nov. 22 Rather Hall assault, and is continuing its investigation into the incident.
The MSU Police Department submitted additional reports Monday to the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office regarding the Nov. 22 Rather Hall assault, and is continuing its investigation into the incident.
MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said the department submitted the bulk of its reports Friday and a few more Monday. She said the investigation remains open and the department will continue submitting reports to the prosecutor’s office as new information arises.
Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings III said prosecutors have begun reviewing the reports and police have said he could begin issuing charges later this week.
