Employee’s lock, pants stolen from Jenison
An 80-year-old male university employee locked his belongings in a locker at Jenison Field House on Tuesday, and returned later to find the lock, along with his pants, stolen, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The employee locked the locker at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday and came back at 1:45 p.m., discovering the theft upon his return. In addition to his blue jeans and lock, he had his wallet, cell phone, $205 in cash and credit cards stolen from the locker. The total amount of the stolen materials is $448, McGlothian-Taylor said.
Police have no suspects and the incident is still under investigation.
