TV stolen from campus building during holiday

A 20-inch plasma-screen TV worth about $500 was reported stolen Tuesday night from the Natural Science Building, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

A 31-year-old male employee reported when he entered the building at 10:30 p.m. the TV was in its normal spot above an office door. An hour later, the employee was unable to open the office door when he was leaving, due to a table wedged against it. He then looked through a window and noticed the television was missing, McGlothian-Taylor said.

The employee said he didn’t hear anyone in the building while he was working. The incident is under investigation.
