A memorial service in honor of Katrina Tagget will be held at 3 p.m. today in Alumni Memorial Chapel.
Tagget, who was a political science and public policy senior from Maryland, died Saturday.
Student to be honored today
Her parents set up a scholarship in Tagget’s name through the MSU Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities.
Donations can be made at the resource center’s office, 120 Bessey Hall.
Tagget was a mentor at the resource center, said her mother, Sara Tagget.
Katrina Tagget also was membership chair of the Delta Theta Phi fraternity, and was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
