Guest speaker to talk about terrorist mind-set, U.S. dangers

Being conservative on campus, it’s difficult to find events, groups and people that are politically similar because those who are conservative usually don’t make their opinions known. However, there is one group that does represent conservative views and we make those views known: We are the MSU’s Young Americans for Freedom. Being the new chairmen of MSU YAF, we would like to formally invite all of MSU to an event we are holding at 7 p.m. Tuesday in 102 Conrad Hall.

Our guest will be Walid Shoebat, a former Palestinian Liberation Organization terrorist who carried out acts of terrorism on Israel and was a terrorist recruiter in America before he read the Jewish Bible and discovered everything he was taught about Jews were lies. Shoebat will be speaking about the mindset of Islamic terrorists and the danger Islamic terrorism poses to America from within our own borders.

We encourage everyone to come out to this event, help spread the political discourse and to see the threat that terrorism continues to pose to us and our country.

Eric Thieleman and Matt Ogonowski

co-chairmen for MSU Young Americans for Freedom
