Cash stolen from locked dorm room in Hubbard Hall
A suspect stole $150 in cash from a student’s wallet sometime between 7 and 8 p.m. Thursday in North Hubbard Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. The female student reported that she left her wallet inside her purse, which was sitting on top of her dresser, McGlothian-Taylor said. When she returned to her room, the money was missing. The door was locked at the time of the theft and there were no signs of forced entry, McGlothian-Taylor said. There are no suspects and police are investigating the incident.
