The MSU Counseling Center is encouraging MSU students and faculty to attend a discussion today regarding the shootings Thursday at Northern Illinois University.
The discussion will begin at 5 p.m. in the Union Gold Room.
Center to discuss NIU shootings
Jan Collins-Eaglin, director of the MSU Counseling Center, said it’s typical for incidents such as the shootings at Northern Illinois and Virginia Tech University to affect people. Discussing feelings is part of the healing process, Collins-Eaglin said.
