The State News caught up with sophomore forward Lauren Hill. Hill and the women’s soccer team will host Eastern Michigan at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Old College Field.
The State News: What kind of music would someone find on your iPod?
Lauren Hill: Pretty much anything. I have everything from country to rap to alternative on it.
SN: If you could play any sport other than soccer, what would it be?
LH: To be honest, I’ve played soccer since I was 3 years old and it’s been my passion. I’ve really just stuck to soccer my whole life.
SN: When you’re not playing soccer or attending classes, what are some things you like to do?
LH: I definitely spend time with my friends. A lot of my friends are my teammates, but whatever. Then I’m on the computer of course and Facebooking.
SN: What is the best practical joke that you’ve seen pulled by someone on the team?
LH: I don’t really know. The team is funny, but I can’t remember one particular joke that really sticks out in my mind. The team is a lot of laughs, though.
