I am very impressed with Eli Broad's generous gift to the university, and I look forward to visiting the new art museum when it is finished. However, I believe the university should solicit a bid from Pritzker Prize-winning architect Frank Gehry.
I have seen Gehry's masterpiece, the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain, and I feel a Gehry-designed building would make an excellent addition to my alma mater.
I humbly ask the campus planners to look into it.
