Fashion-savvy male: Scott Dyle, international relations and political theory and constitutional democracy sophomore
Where we found him: Plucked right off Grand River Avenue
State News: How would you describe your style?
Scott Dyle: I've been told I have a very European style sleek, slender and lean. I like items that accentuate longness. These pants make my legs look longer than they are, and I like Pumas because they're narrow. I have like seven or eight pairs.
SN: What are you wearing?
SD: The blazer is from J.Crew, Pumas are from the Puma Store at Somerset (Collection mall), the oxford shirt is from J.Crew and the pants are GUESS.
SN: What is the most cherished item you're wearing?
SD: Gotta be the shoes that or my blazer. It's got that vintage, '70s-professor feel with the patches on it.
SN: What are your favorite stores?
SD: I like Urban (Outfitters), and I like wearing a lot of suits, so Brooks Brothers. They have a lot of cuff-link shirts. And Banana Republic I love Banana because it's all made for skinny people and since that's what I am, it fits me best.
SN: Who are your greatest style influences?
SD: My sister. She's an automotive design major, and she has an eye for colors. That's probably where most of my influence comes from, her and one of my roommates. He wears vintage T-shirts, polos, blazers, track jackets. I studied at (University of) Cambridge a few summers ago, and all of the college students were always very trendy. Living in Europe, I love their style. Pretty much, I like looking good.
