An open note to Cardinals fans: The Tigers lost Game 3 by a long shot, but that in no way means your team is the World Series winner, nor does it give you the exclusive right to brag. At a tour of the Anheuser-Busch factory and world headquarters, the tour guide said reject bottles of bud-diesel — as it is commonly referred to — were similar to this year's 2006 Detroit Tigers.

But, having reject beer at all from a company that claims one out of every two beer sales in the country is unacceptable. As for the 2006 Detroit Tigers, most fans would be the first to admit: We're just happy to be here. And only three seasons after we suffered 119 losses, the World Series is tasting mighty fine.
