Prognosticators
SH-Which MSU team will we see Saturday motivated to get back on track or still shaken from the Notre Dame collapse? Even if MSU comes out with a little bit of a hangover from last week which I expect them to do they'll still rebound to win handily.

No. 1 Ohio State at No. 13 Iowa
8 p.m. Saturday, Kinnick Stadium, ABCSH-Get ready for some old-fashioned Big Ten football. Ohio State likes to spread it out, but Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz is one of the best around and will turn it into a slow, physical contest. Iowa will try to ride the home crowd and veteran quarterback Drew Tate to the upset, but Ohio State's superior talent wins out.

N0. 24 Georgia Tech at No. 11 Virginia Tech
3:30 p.m. Saturday, Lane Stadium, ABCSH-As expected, the Hokies again have one of the nation's best defenses, ranking seventh in total defense and third in scoring defense. This week, I suggest the Hokies concentrate on Georgia Tech wide receiver Calvin Johnson, who dropped 276 yards and three touchdowns on Notre Dame and Virginia.

Alabama at No. 5 Florida
3:30 p.m. Saturday, Florida FieldSH-Every week I wait for the Chris Leak meltdown, and every week he puts on an impressive performance. The only weak spot for Florida is the kicking game it's 0-for-2 on field goals and already has botched five extra points. Imagine the anguish of Florida fans having to sit through that. I sympathize with them and give them the edge here.
