The matter is still under investigation. Two boys were caught stealing bicycles at 5:20 p.m. Saturday from a rack in Lot 91 near Fee and Hubbard halls. The guardians of the two minors were contacted, and the boys were given citations for violating an ordinance concerning bike theft.A man with no affiliation to MSU reported a fraudulent check between 3:07 p.m. on June 26 and noon Thursday at the Administration Building.
