The Mid-Michigan Touchdown Club has announced the date for the 2006 Kickoff Luncheon. The event is scheduled to take place at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 3 at the Eagle Eye Golf Club in Bath, Mich. College football fans are invited to attend.

MSU head coach John L. Smith will be joined by Central Michigan head coach Brian Kelly, Eastern Michigan head coach Jeff Genyk, Western Michigan head coach Bill Cubit and selected players from each team. The event will be a preview of the upcoming season.

Tickets for the luncheon are $25 for Mid-Michigan Chapter members and $30 for nonmembers. The deadline for ticket applications is July 31.
