Another goofy Wayans brother's comedy, but instead of acting like white chicks, menaces to the hood or really scared; the Wayans team has another strange premise up their sleeves — Marlon Wayans plays a midget criminal, Calvin, that is adopted under the pretense that he's a baby. Shawn Wayans plays the wannable dad, Darryl, and Tracy Morgan is Percy: Calvin's partner in crime.
