MSU student Brandon Yuille pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Tuesday to charges of computer intrusion and copyright infringement, First Assistant U.S. Attorney Martin Carlson said. The computer science and physics sophomore is set to go to trial June 5 at the U.S. District Court in Harrisburg for allegedly hacking into a Pennsylvania company's Internet server and using it to illegally download movies. He faces up to seven years in prison and $450,000 in fines.A 21-year-old Southfield man was arrested for felonious assault after he allegedly pointed a BB gun at a 20-year-old student in Butterfield Hall at 2:30 a.m. Monday, MSU police Lt. The man had a bag full of chips, pretzels, candy bars and cookies. He was arrested and later housed at the Ingham County Jail.
